Nova-Eco LLC is Ukrainian company, set up in the year 2005 by a group of international sponsors for the specific purpose of developing, financing, constructing and operating a Wind Power Plant (“WPP”) located at two sites in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea with a total planned capacity of 300 MW. The goal of the Project is to develop two WPPs with a total planned capacity of 300 MW.

According to the existing normative acts, which regulate generation of electrical energy in Ukraine, the validity of this license is 5 years. |
