Nova Nova-Eco has completed the process of identifying the sites for the location of the WTGs, R&M bases, cables, roads and transmission lines, including the holders of the title to these sites, whether private or public. The process to gain long-term access to the sites includes preliminary land lease agreements, short-term land lease agreements and long-term land lease agreements.
Nova-Eco has signed and duly registered more than 300 agreements with the landowners.
There are three main types of leases:
- 49 year land leases and superficia agreements for the plots where WTGs will be installed
- 5 year leases and superficia agreements for the plots required during construction period only
- Servitude for overhead transmission lines, water, sewage, cabling, etc.
