Power Purchase Agreement

Only a licensed generating company is entitled to become a member of Wholesale Electrivity Market (WEM) of Ukraine and to sign a PPA agreement.

Nova-Eco is already qualified for PPA and is planning to sell all of the generated power pursuant to a long-term PPAs, which are based on a standard template and function on a long-term revolving basis.

In conformity with the Law of Ukraine on the electric power industry the entire electric power generated by wind power parks shall be paid for in full in the form of money, without any offsets of debt repayment on settlements for electricity supplied.
