2. Letter of Endorsement

WPP-300 received the Letter of Endorsement (LoE) from the Ministry for Environmental Protection of Ukraine on 17th of August 2006.

3. Project Design Document – PDD – 2006/2007 and Validation (Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SA, Report #UKRAINE/0001/2007)

4. Updated ERUs estimate as per PDD (2007)

5. Letter of Approval

Finally, a Letter of Approval of the Joint Implementation Project developed by Nova-Eco, was issued on 29 December 2007 by the Ministry for Environmental Protection of Ukraine, which enabled Nova-Eco to finalize the registration of the JI project
